Mark Pears, Chief Executive
Mark has been Chief Executive since 1984. He is instrumental in developing and implementing the strategy of the Group and is Chairman of Talisman Global Asset Management.

Trevor Pears, Director
Trevor joined the Group in 1985. He is Executive Chairman of the Pears Foundation.

David Pears, Director
David joined the Group in 1987. He is responsible for a number of the Group’s joint venture relationships and the Group’s residential and commercial property divisions.
