Gerard Cohen, Group Finance Director
Gerard joined the Group in 2004. He is a Chartered Accountant and was a partner with BDO until 1998. Prior to joining the Group he was a director of Asda Properties Holdings, a property investment group.

Michael Baker, Joint Ventures Finance Director
Michael has been in his current role since 1999. He is a Chartered Accountant and held various positions in practice and quoted property companies before joining The William Pears Group.

Iqbal Bundhun, Tax Director
Iqbal has worked for the Group for over 20 years. He is responsible for all aspects of the Group’s taxation and related matters. He is a Chartered Accountant, a member of the Institute of Taxation and a former partner in a London firm of Chartered Accountants.

Michael Keidan LLB, Company Secretary
Michael joined the Group in 1971 and is responsible for all legal and company secretarial matters.
