Jonathan Rose, Group Managing Director
Jonathan is a Chartered Surveyor and joined the Group in 2009. He is responsible for the Group's property portfolio and the acquisition of property.  He was previously Property Director of Asda Property Holdings.

Ashley Whitby, Managing Director - Residential
Ashley joined the Group in 1989. He is responsible for sourcing and dealing with the Group’s residential property acquisitions.

Tony Beaumont, Director of Residential Estates
Tony joined the Group in 1997. Along with being jointly responsible for the operation of the Group’s Residential Department, Tony oversees day to day Rent Act and Housing Act management, valuation, enfranchisement, litigation, legislation, health and safety and block management.

Chris Wheatcroft, Director of Residential Estates
Chris joined the group in 1999. Along with being jointly responsible for the operation of the Group’s Residential Department, Chris oversees acquisitions and disposals, lettings, refurbishments, development and planning matters.

Samantha Sherrard, Manager, Commercial Property Department
Sam is a Chartered Surveyor and joined the Group in 2011. She manages the Commercial Property department and is responsible for the day to day management of the Group's commercial property portfolio. She has over 20 years experience in management and asset management from companies including Jones Lang Lasalle, Capital & Counties, and most recently as Commercial Director of Sterling Portfolio Management.
