The Group owns several thousand residential properties, located primarily in London and Southern England, and is one of the largest and most active residential property investors in Britain.

The portfolio is constantly reviewed to maximise value and potential. As a responsible landlord, the Group spends more than £8 million annually on repairs and improvements, ensuring our properties are maintained to a high standard which helps increase tenancy periods and reduce voids. The majority of the properties are let on a regulated or assured shorthold basis. The Group is also active in the equity release property market.

Our Residential Property Department oversees the acquisition, management and disposal of properties.
